First, the reason this calculator exists is to help Cardano stake pool operators and owners to think and see long term, non-myopically. It is not 100% accurate, it is correct to a degree, but that degree of correctness is not the reason this calculator exists.

Total amount of Ada in circulation at beginning of an epoch.
Protocol Driven - Number of desired pools (k)
Number of desired pools
Market Driven - Total Supply of Staked Ada %
Percentage of Total Supply of ADA that is being staked per epoch.
Market Driven - USD to ADA Exchange Rate $
Exchange rate for 1 Ada to USD.
Protocol Driven - Sybil Security Level (a0)
A value that sets the degree of influence pledged stake has on pool rewards, larger value, greater impact.
Market & Protocol Driven - Final Rewards %
A percentage value that sets the pool potential rewards, as opposed to trying to account for all the variables, that comprise a pool's potential reward.
Operator Estimate - Delegated to Pool % of Capacity
Quantity of Ada delegated to this pool, expressed as a percentage of pool capacity.
Operator Driven - Pledged to Pool % of Capacity
Quantity of Ada pledged to this pool, expressed as a percentage of pool capacity.
Operator Driven - Pool cost in USD per epoch (5-days)
Cost is the price in USD of operating a pool for 5-days, one epoch.
Operator Driven - Pool fee (profit margin) %
Percentage of pool rewards awarded to the pool operator.

Staked Ada
The total amount of Ada staked, pledged & delegated.
(Total Supply of ADA) * (Total Supply of Staked Ada %)
Un-staked Ada
The total amount of Ada not staked, pledged or delegated.

Saturated Pools
The quantity of pools that would be needed by the staked Ada if those pools were fully saturated.
(Staked Ada) / (Saturation Threshold)

Stake Pool

Saturation Threshold
The maximum quantity of Ada that can be staked without decreasing rewards proportionately.
(Total Supply of ADA) / (Number of desired pools (k))
Pledged
The quantity of Ada pledged to this pool.
(Operator Driven - Pledged to Pool % of Capacity)
Delegated
The quantity of Ada delegated to this pool.
(Operator Estimate - Delegated to Pool % of Capacity)
Control
The quantity of Ada staked, pledged & delegated, to this pool.
(Pledged) + (Delegated)
Saturation
The percentage of saturation threshold that has been staked, pledged & delegated, to this pool.
(Control) / (Saturation Threshold)

Pool Information

Desirability
It is a non-myopic number that indicates how desirable, issue profits to members, a pool is. Only pools with desirability/rank ≤ k will attract delegations and have a chance of becoming saturated.
Potential Reward
This value in Ada, for a given epoch, is the maximum potential reward for a pool at saturation.

Pool Potential Reward Distribution

Operator
This number is the potential reward in Ada that goes to the pool operator.
Members
This number is the potential reward in Ada that goes to the pool members, delegators.
Total
Total potential rewards operator & member issued by this pool.
